Plot: Rito Yuuki has been in love with Haruna Sairenji for years but can’t bring himself to tell her. One night when Rito is taking a bath, an alien princess named Lala Deviluke appears in his tub. Now they are arranged to marry and Rito wants a way out.

Its another harem-style anime title. This show includes a lot of cheesecake (fanservice) and is actually pretty funny. Like many harem shows there is no overwhelming goal to be reached at the end of the series. So the series can last for a long time or only one season. Ratings will decide. One of my favorite characters in Zastin (voiced by Takehito Koyasu [Mu La Flaga - Gundam Seed/Destiny]) who even goes as far as to parody Gundam Seed in episode 05.

I like the animation, and you can watch just about any episode without having to know much backstory.

Rundown on the episodes
01 – “The Girl Fallen from the Sky” (舞い降りた少女)
Rito is in love with Haruna but can’t tell her. At night when Rito is taking his bath, Lala appears before him. People are after her but it turns out that she ran away from home because she didn’t want an arranged marriage.

02 – “Engagement Cancelled?!”
Rito wants out of the marriage and finds out there is a 3 day “cooling off” period after the proposal. Rito makes it his goal to tell Lala that they can’t be married. He runs out of time because he cant seem to get any time to talk to her.

Rito and his sister take Lala out to see the city. Lala’s clothes start to fall apart when her costume robot runs out of energy. Rito runs into Haruna when they get Lala some real clothes. A trip to the aquarium takes a wrong turn when Lala feeds the fish berserker pills.

04 – “Love Apron of Space” (宇宙のLOVEエプロン)
Rito says he wont marry a woman unless she can cook. Lala wants to prove to him she can cook and goes out to get ingredients. The ingredients come to life when they thaw out in the middle of the school.

Saki Tenjouin is the most popular girl in the school but cant stand it when Lala gets all the guys attention. She challenges Lala but the competition ends up going wrong.

One of Lala’s marriage candidates comes to take her back from Rito. The alien involves Haruna and Rito goes to save her, only to find out the alien is all bark and no bite.

07 – “This Is How It Should Be For Every Man!”
Another of Lala’s marriage candidates appears and challenges Rito. This time it’s who is more manly. As the end we find out that the challenger changes genders whenever he/she sneezes. (Note: This is my least favorite episode to date, not because its bad, but because the Subbing group that get them from decided exchange the word manly or manliness to the word GAR. This is a *chan meme and it’s horrible that it’s used in a sub.)
